The driver & his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional and courteous; I think they represented their company very well.

I would give them a 10 if we didn't have the communication issue. There was a big miscommunication about who was supposed to take the boxes in what area. They did try to argue with me about it. They told me that it was the packers job to do that.

They delivered a large oil painting & it was left in a crate in my garage in the cold & rain. I called about it & they didn't know anything about it. A local agent was supposed to take care of it.

I was a local moving company and I don't know how the situation would have been if it was a longer distance.

The care that they took, whatever I asked the drivers to do they did it , they were on time and everything went quickly.

Ed and Brittany summed up the quality of work that Allied provides. The key ppl that did my move Ed and Brittany was wonderful and absolutely the best. They were outstanding and deserve kudos.

The overall experience was not miserable. My biggest complaint was with the person who should have let us know when they would arrive to pick up and del. I am missing some pieces but the driver stated that he has not seen any other items.

This is the second time they moved me. I am very satisfied with their service and attitude and everything. They maintained good humor throughout the procedure and was friendly, warm and cooperative. The service, generally, was excellent. There was a missing piece that was not assigned a number. It is not here. I called my daughter in California, and it is not there either.

They were helpful and courteous and everything went well. They were very careful and did god job. The delivery time was earlier than what we expected.

The delivery dates and the professionalism of everyone involved influenced my rating. They were all fantastic.

I have used them before. The crew is fantastic and enthusiastic. I felt like I had full confidence in them. This was as easy as it gets. I certainly recommend ALLIED.

The follow up & all the 4 crews I dealt w/. The packing & loading. The calls from the office & all the ppl from Allied that contacted me were professional & polite. There was a lot of calls & follow ups from Allied & that was much appreciated.

Allied's staff was timely, courteous, and they did a good job. I was not happy that Allied wanted $150.00 to come pick up my used boxes.

I thought they were very good from start to finish. Although, I did knock off some weight on the move but they couldn't re-adjust the price for me. I was disappointed with that.

The movers were polite and friendly. I contacted as many moving companies as I could find and they were the only ones who would give a delivery date and time. Everything was great. They would commit to a day and time and other companies would not do that. It was fantastic. The lady and the movers were great.

The crew was very nice. They loaded the truck accordingly. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They even helped me with my groceries. They were very professional as well.

I had the same moving crew before. The moving crew was very good, careful and they did a good job with the packing.

Everything went off just as planned. There were minor issues that didn't affect anyone in any adverse way.

They were just great from start to finish, especially Chris, who was our 1st contact. He was absolutely wonderful. He didn't know that we didn't have texting so it was under unusual circumstances. They came through a snow storm and it was just terrible. I was worried about them.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The gentleman Paul Flame provided boxes which we needed. The driver Darren did a great job packing items.

The driver was wonderful. The first person who came out he was fine at first but didn't return some of my calls. Robert the driver was great as well.

The courtesy and they showed up when they said they would. They were polite, they knew where to put my things and they were careful with my things. They were awesome all the way around.

The driver most influenced my rating. The driver was professional and communicated with us. We always knew where our belongings were at all times.

They were very professional, friendly, and communicated with all aspects regarding if I had any questions. They also removed some doors and they put them back to how they were.

The move was an easy process & Allied was lower priced than the competition. My pick up time was 10 - 11 am and the crew did not arrive until 4 pm. It was the local crew who showed up late. I was not there when they arrived and I had to rush for a flight.

Very easy to do. Very good care of my stuff and it was very fast. Allied said they got in contact with me much earlier and I was not aware of that. They were very good with getting things done after that.

Every interaction that I had with the people who coordinated my move was prompt, helpful, and informative.

Everything went perfectly. The driver did not load. The driver was not available to load so the local agent's crew did the loading. The driver picked up everything from the warehouse.

The customer care. You totally saved us. You just made it happen. Jason is with Prestige who is with Allied, he made this happen. We called last minute to load and drive to NC. It would be nice to know what is going on at the destination. It was an unorthodox move. I would like better tracking of belongings. Allied is great.

The cost and care that was given to us by the company. The cost of the moving was a major factor. It was lower than the other companies we had looked at and the care that was taken for items.

The quality of the service, I feel that this was a super and I moved 10 years ago and it was not nearly this good.

The packing process was professional. I didn't have to do much, the crew knew how to do it all. It was a smooth process. There was no moments of stress.

The head driver was great and he did a very good job supervising the men who was working for him. I packed some stuff and they did the rest. I brought more clothes than I did furniture. The furniture they packaged themselves.

The laborers the people who picked up the furniture who delivered it. The courtesy of the sales person who delivered the price. They were very professional. We were pleased with the whole operation.

The driver communicated with me on a continuous basis and the coordinator was on top of everything. The driver did a good job finding a crew to help me and the driver was able to supervise the crew in a good manner.

Everything went really well. Everyone was willing to work with me. It was a nice experience over all.

They just made it such a pleasant experience & took all the stress out of it. Everyone did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous from the initial call to everyone that assisted us.

This is my second time using Allied service. I did talk to some other companies, however I did come back to Allied.

They did everything they said they would and they were wonderful to work with. They also kept me informed through out the whole process.

From the guy that came and gave me the original quote to the lady that coordinated to the movers it was a smooth move.

It was local. There should have been two movers only one showed up. He was personable and professional.

The driver was really great and very helpful and professional. Merrill was all around great friendly w/a pleasant attitude. I would ask for him personally again if I was going to move again.

All the people that I talked to were polite. They did what they were supposed to do in an efficient manner. It's great when you don't have to move by yourself. It was a good experience.

They way we were treated, the way our questions were answered, the care they showed our items and the overall move. I had one thing I wanted them to be careful with and they packed it amazingly. I was really impressed.

The driver & the crew was fantastic guys. They were really good I can't say enough good things about them. Next time I moved I am going to request the driver & his crew. I really liked them a lot.

Judy, the representative, was extremely friendly, and the movers were very kind friendly. They made it fun for everybody.
