Everything was pretty smooth except the issue with the box so I would recommend them. They left the most important box to put everything together. It took 4-5 days to retrieve it.

The driver and the crew was fantastic. They worked fast, hard and was careful. They did a really great job.

Everything worked out the way it was suppose to. The driver stayed in contact w/ me about my delivery b/c it was looking like my delivery was going to be delayed but everything worked out ok.

They were very courteous and they cared about what they were doing. It was obvious that they did this before and this was a very pleasant experience.

It took them 2 full days to pack and another half day to load it, took a day to unload and they were very helpful.

Everybody we dealt with did an outstanding job. They were on time and efficient. They did a good job.

The communication, I was able to talk to the driver and everyone was very friendly. It got taken care of in a timely manner.

Everything the did was right on time they had patience, when the said the would be here they were right on time. We were very please with them.

Overall service was great, the packing and unpacking of my stuff was good. There was constant communication.

I definitely would recommend. If Allied sent people like the driver and crew that I had, I'd recommend to anyone. I've moved before and wasn't as satisfied with the move. These guys are exceptional. The driver was a 10. He was outstanding. He put us at ease and was helpful in every way.

Allied was very professional and helped assure that everything would be okay. Allied made the process go very smoothly.

They knew I was worried and this was our whole life. I told them I wanted to make sure I was assured and they did just that. The driver, Andy, was nice. Erica Enoch out of Michigan was very good. She was in contact with me and assured me about anything. She told me everything was going to be fine.

The comfort of the move, I didn't see anything that went wrong, I had full expectations on what was to happen, they were timely and my expectations were met. My roommate received the goods but everything went smoothly and well.

They were courteous timely very professional did what they said they were going to do. The driver was exceptional in his communication. Both in Seattle and Texas.

Allied movers were very careful and good. They tried to finish on time. They were really nice. The driver and crew helped.

The cost and care that was given to us by the company. The cost of the moving was a major factor. It was lower than the other companies we had looked at and the care that was taken for items.

The rep who came to my house was informative and worked w/ me when I had to change the dates several times. The driver, Jose communicated w/ me on a daily basis and worked very well .

The quality care, personal touch, professionalism, made me feel like my move was the only move they did all year, I was so happy. The movers went to Key West Florida. The owner helped on the initial move and everything was great. The loaders were great. Chelsea was great.

Allied made the move easier than it really was, I liked the representative and driver and crew. There was a bottle of gun cleaning oil that was open by mistake.

How courteous they were on the pick up and delivery. I spoke to Al at the beginning and he kept in touch with me. He was very understanding that we were moving a senior citizen. Everything was good; they came when they said; they set up beds; they unpacked things; they put things where I wanted them to go, and they were very nice.

They seemed to be very professional and they cared alot about my belongings. They were also very pleasant.

The person who coordinated my move was good. Greg was so calm, collected, and did a great job being a leader. He kept them on task and motivated. He handled everything.

I had short time to get it done and they got it done in the timeframe I needed. All other places could not get it done, I am extremely satisfied with that.

The overall experience influenced my rating. The crew was excellent, didn't hang around or take breaks. They worked their behinds off at maximum speed, as far as I can tell. The crew was above competent. They were excellent. They were just extremely helpful and did everything in a timely manner. They didn't talk, they just worked the whole time.

The care, the courtesy, the professionalism. They did such a good job in packing. Everyone was very personable and responsible. The experience was very good.

I think it was overall excellent service. They were travelling in really bad road conditions. The driver was extremely considerate and called me to keep me updated. They loaded when snowing, so they took care that my carpet didn't get wet.

I had no stress. The people from Allied took care of everything. There was a check off list & it made my move great. Allied was great.

I thought they did a great job. The crew who unloaded the truck was excellent and the guys who loaded the truck were good.

The miscommunication most influenced my rating. I'm not one to complain, but this has been kind of a nightmare. I told them they cannot treat customers like this. We still haven't received everything. Our car, boat, and jet ski's haven't arrived yet. There's been lots of miscommunication. It has nothing to do with loaders or unloaders. It's everything between.

I had a move in 1997 and it went fine so we called them again. The driver was super. He had to unload the items from a van and then load them to his 18 wheeler. There should have been more communication from the rep to the driver.

Because of the gal in Columbus who helped me. The lady in Columbus Ohio was really great, she was fantastic. She gave me a great tip and saved me some money.

The crew was very polite, they were aware of my kids, they didn't stop doing their job until I was satis and they were very hardworking. They did a good job in the cold weather. We have missing an item and we are yet to receive any response regarding when the piece would be delivered. Allied did give us money some money back b/c of this issue. We just waiting on the delivery.

That's tricky because my answer doesn't rely on the local agency. I'll have to move again in 10 months. I would look for Jerry, the driver, but I'll have to use whoever is local here. I'll use Allied. Jerry, the loader and driver, was excellent. He was a genius. He's with Federal Gateway.

Everything, the professionalism and the quality of work. The timely manner in which it was completed. They did a good job.

They were very careful, very considerate of our stuff and they did very well. It rained and they covered the ground.

I felt like they were very clear with everything. Very good communication throughout the whole process.

Everything was simple and easy. The only thing was the packing, things were put in this box and it would be in separate boxes.

The driver was very good with communicating with us. He was on time and very careful with our things. The driver provided excellent customer service.

I rated a ten b/c the communication was awesome. I had one contact person with the driver who was always available. They were an great crew and very careful of my home and things. The sub-contracted drivers in the beginning were not respectful of my home, specifically my bathroom. That crew was dropped off.

The experience has been excellent. I think this is my 4th time and the experience this time has been very good. I was informed in every time of the process. They come when they say they were coming. Before my experince was not so great, but this time it was great. They driver was opened my stuff from my stuff. The driver kept his promise and kept to the quota.

The overall satisfaction from the beginning to the end. Everything was handled very professionally and made it really easy for me. It was really good. The driver and his crew helped with the larger items. I really appreciated it. I was also amazed with how quickly they were able to move it across the country. It really exceeded my expectations.

The moving crew was on top of everything and they made sure they took care of my property that was being moved.

They did a good job and the client coordinator was really friendly and overall I'm satisfied and everything showed up within the window promised.

It was the quality of the individuals. They work hard and moved furniture back and forth. They were great.

The promptness of the service most influenced me. There was one small item left behind. Allied is supposed to deliver it to me. I haven't heard back yet. They had to come to deliver at my building at a certain hour was my only request.

The way they got stuff done for us & how they went above & beyond. Especially when it came to my flat tire the towing company did not want to fix. They had an issue w/ the truck but Allied fixed it. They went above & beyond on that part. I am missing a vacuum & a cushion. I haven't had that resolved as of yet.

My interaction with Thena, was exceptional.They misplaced one of my TV stands and ordered me a new one and reimbursed me for it, the check will come tomorrow I was satisfied with their attention, some stuff went to the location but I will still give them a 5 because it was complicated.

Everything was very smooth. They took care of everything. It was totally satisfactory. We didn't have to worry about anything.

Everybody pitched in and everyone had something to do. It went very quickly. They were very good at everything and they came across the country.

The delivery team was early with my delivery. The load and unload team were the best I ever worked with.

Extreme professionalism of the agents that came to the phone, they gave me a very accurate service. Interview a lot of companies & I am extra happy w/ Allied. They were very good & I could trust them.

Beverly contacted me for everything, and she made sure that everything was on point. The guys who picked up my stuff and the guys who delivered my stuff were friendly.

The driver & his helper was very professional. The cost was lower than the estimate I had. They were timely & accurate. Both the pick up & the del was timely. Both Ray & Eric did very good jobs. Everything concerning the move took placed as promised.

The crew was courteous and took care of my items. They asked questions for clear communication and took their time.

The overall work was superb. I have never experienced such thorough info, the drivers were professional, and I couldn't be happier.

The delivery team was very professional and took good care of our goods. They showed that they really cared about our items.

We've used Allied twice in the last 2 years. They've been very good both times. We had one piece of furniture that wouldn't fit into the apartment. The driver helped us and moved it to a storage unit.

Everything from start to finish was tremendous. I got calls to make sure I was taken care of, it was better than expected.

I called another company and they gave me the run around. They gave me a two week period for when my things would arrive. Allied got my things there before I arrived that was very important to me. They did not put the boxes into the right rooms.

I know the agent that I booked with, he helped some other family members. He kept me informed all the way through.

I was really impressed with the care the driver who picked up my items and the fact that the items arrived on time.

The driver and his crew conducted themselves and how efficient they were. They packed 10/1 and delivered 10/2

Allied did what they promised to do. They called when they said. They arrived when they said. They did what they said they would do.

The driver and crew was on time they were careful with my items and we will use ALLIED again. They were accommodating of the dates which we needed.

The move was essentially effortless, on schedule and no negative surprises so far. They were very professional.

We have used Allied before. We have called around trying to try a new service. We decided to stay with Allied because they are the best.

They did a great job ,They packed everything up and they were over protective with my stuff and that's a good thing.

It was a positive experience with lots of communication. We did have a person that crated the chandeliers and other things that I was not able to do myself.

Better customer service. Be a little more careful overall. The pricing was a little higher but not by much. The local ware house was good. Everyone else wanted to ship my stuff everywhere. When you show up on the phone, show your whole number. The only thing they had packed it was bent. I had some crushables. They put heavy stuff on top of my fragile stuff.

Everything went smoothly. We've moved many times and I knew what to expect. I did my part to stay organized and they did what they said they would do. I'm a happy customer.

The overall experience was very good. This isn't the 1st time we have used Allied. Each time we have used them it's been great. The driver was good.

The fact that the price that we were initially given was a few 100 dollars then the actual estimate was good. The delivery and pick up experience of the household goods was a good experience.

This was our fourth or fifth time using movers and this was the best experience we've had. Our household belongings had to be held for two weeks.

The attitude of the drivers here. They came on a Sunday morning and were so particular about the move. We had no issues.

The whole experience was great and I would recommend them again. Everyone including the secretary was friendly and went above the call of duty.

The driver and crew was exceptional customer oriented people. I was very lucky to have this husband and wife team. They were phenomenal.
