My overall experience was stress free, everything was done properly and they handled my things with good care.

The move was handled very professionally and the move went very smoothly. The move was pulled off in a very short notice.

I was very satisfied with how my move was handled. The driver and crew was courteous and explained things to me.

The time that it took to complete the move and the amount of guys that actually was sent for the move. I was not completely satisfied, there were not enough guys. I feel like they should have sent more guys. In my apt building I could not use the front door to move they had to go through the basement.

Everything was delivered in a timely manner, they put things where I told them to when they unpacked, and they were very polite. I would recommend Allied Van Lines to everyone. Allied did an excellent job with my move. They delivered everything very quickly and did a really good job.

The personal care and attention both to our goods and schedules and them letting us know if there were any changes.

Everyone was very professional and organized. I didn't have to worry because everyone did what they were supposed to do.

I've never moved before so I wouldn't know if the service was worth recommending. However, they did a good job, it was quick and efficient.

The interactions with our driver John. He had excellent service. Allied used the company Swan Movers and they were very good also.

The fact that the guys came out and packed everything up and they did everything quickly and efficiently.

I know the local agent and I was completely satisfied with that. The crew worked in challenging conditions. It was below zero, ice and snow on the ground and they had a very good attitude.

Allied was very nice to deal with. The salesman explained everything to me & the movers were careful and communicative. It was a positive experience.

There was very little to no communication. I had to initiate communication. I confirmed dates. The estimater estimated lower than what was the actual rate, so we had to scramble to make the payment. The only contact I had with anyone throughout the move was with the driver. Also, the estimator misestimated what needed to be done. I will never go through the storage process again.

We have used Allied before & the rep came out & gave us an fixed price for the move, and everyone did a good job.

The whole experience. The driver was great, the people that moved me in was great. They kept me in the loop and everything was great.

Everyone was great. Jackie called me constantly. The driver did everything he could. There was a problem with our move that was beyond the drivers control.

Everyone got our stuff to our home when we needed it. There was a miscommunication with the assembly of our items but everything worked out. We had a concern with scheduling but everything was worked out.

Joy and Larry were unbelievable. They were on time, communicated and cared. It was almost like my family moving me. I would refer them to anybody and if I moved again, I would ask for them.

The professionalism, the respect and courtesy. Everyone I dealt w/ from Allied Van Lines really cared. It was stressful but they assured me everything would go fine and it did. The driver and his crew was superb When I plan on moving I will request that driver.

I wanted some one who was trusted and Allied was. The price was good and the service was outstanding.

The driver was really good. There was a little less communication as to when I would get my stuff. I didn't know until the day before.

The move and quote was good. The contact person I had was very good and contacted me through email when I asked her to.

I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because the people who unloaded me told me that the TV was not packed properly.

I am still waiting on my car to be shipped to me. I have waited 18 days and that's much longer than promised. I have been renting a car and it is costing me a lot of money.

Overall, the delivery and loading was done on time. I didn't have to wait and it was handled well and everything is here. It was a good move.

WEll, everything was handled very well and the crew was very organized and the move was done on time and was just fined. There was a small table /nig ing else was fine.

The courtesy and the respect shown during the whole process. One packer didn't use much care during the packing process.

I move every 3 years. This was the easiest move I ever had, with the most courteous drivers I've ever had.

They were professional and they sunt out a wonderful agent. Cathy was great and we were able to get our things on time. I feel Al one of the crew members was a pain in the neck. He did a lot of complaining and very little work. I spoke to Cathy at Allied and she took care of hime.

I waited for the them to pick up the stuff. The arrival time was from 2-4pm but they showed up at 3-3:30 pm

The overall package provided, loading up and dropping off, most influenced my rating. They made sure they were careful with our items. The delivery hasn't happened yet, not until tomorrow.

They were attentive & cared about doing a good job. They were not the cheapest bid, but I gained a lot of confidence w/Allied from the estimator. They moved my 85 year old mom & I'd give them a 10+. The driver was great. He was professional. He called ahead of time to let us know when the del will take place.

I used Allied twice for moving. I love them. They moved us from Cleveland to LA. Then back from LA to Cleveland The packers and the driver and his crew was great, they were polite, helpful and on time. They packed 90% of our things for us.

Everybody worked real hard. I was satisfied with them. The second day they didn't send enough crew so I called and they sent someone out. The unloading went very smooth.

I want to shout out to Jarred. He's the manager of Northwestern Allied in Rapid City, SD. He personally shipped my stuff from Rapid City to Texas.

I thought everything was coordinated well. They stayed in communication with me. I thought it was a great move.

Mr. Gonzalez and Neal was very professional and they did exactly what they told us they would do. Mr. Gonzalez was excellent. The movers were cautious.

The cust service & the commitment to take care of the customers were good. Things were fully explained & my questions were answered.

The punctuality and professionalism of all the crews. It's my third time I moved w/Allied and each time they've improved. Bobby was very good about moving and so was Ed. The crew was very careful about loading my painting into the moving truck.

The scheduling, friendliness and the unloading was quick. There were items that were cracked and a floor lamp had to be thrown away.

The service, communication, and attention to detail, It was not clear that there had to be a smaller truck to load the things. It also had to be hand carried from the apt truck on both ends. We had an issue with one of the cabinets closing properly.

The packers made it easy on me and they were very professional. The coordinator did everything right and answered all of my questions.

The quality of the people & the care. They were very professional people. The drive up to my new home was rather difficult. It had a lot of turns & things. The guys had to carry a lot of heavy stuff up the drive.

I liked the guys that helped us move. The crew was friendly, accommodating & did everything really well.

Everything was easy, it went as planned, everything was handled well, and the move couldn't have went any smoother than it was.

In the beginning it was paid by our employer and we had different companies and Allied was always good and the turn around time was great. They had the best timing and they were prompt.

The overall care concern and consideration. They were fast efficient and helpful. This is the best move I have ever made in my life. He did a really good job.

The move was very stress-free and the process was explained very thoroughly. Also, the driver showed up on time.

The communication was good and the quote was explained to me clearly. The delivery time was faster than expected. They explained to me what was going on every step of the way.

The crew was very friendly and asked if there is anything else I needed. The crew on both ends was great. The crew did extra things for me.

The movers were exceptional. They communicated well and they were timely. The movers cared for my goods.

Everybody was nice, polite & friendly; I am so happy I went with Allied. I had a man from United who was very rude & I would not recommend them; this is why I called Allied. I had called in with a question & Allied confirmed my delivery time for me.

I rated a ten b/c the drivers showed concern and they were nice ppl. The relocation company rep, Pam, was wonderful and communicative.

I am still waiting on a refund because the estimated of my load was more than it was supposed to be. I have not received any information about that. The drivers and packers were great.

The staff was courteous and communicated well throughout the process. I value the communication and the crew.

The gentleman that delivered, coordinated and the two gentleman that picked up the items I like their service from my move.

The people were really nice they show up on time and delivered on time. There was a mishap with the boxes, but they sorted it out.

The overall experince, the communication was outstanding, no issues what so ever. In my opinion it was seemless.

I had a previous experience with Allied which wasn't pleasant but this time it was very smooth. The guys who picked up the furniture and delivered it were amazing.

Attitude of the people I got to know. You could not ask for a better group of people to work with. People are actually still calling to follow up on the move. It was great customer service.

Everything went smooth. There were no issues. They assembled the furniture perfectly. It was a stress free move. Dave did such a great job in making sure everything was on time. Everything went so smooth.

From start to finish they were efficient, careful without belongings, courteous, informative, so we were very pleased. The 2 movers were absolutely fantastic.

The care with which they packed up things and unpacked things and the courtesy. They were all very good.

Previous experience with them. The coordination of the move and the scheduling of the dates. The drivers were very good, and nice. I have not unpacked and I'm assuming that everything is okay.

The people that packed were very good. The loading crew did an excellent job. The driver was wonderful. Everything was smooth & good. I love the whole process.

I would tell everyone in the whole world. They were very professional. I felt very secure w/ my family's possessions. I felt very trustworthy having them move my belongings for miles. Everything was already packed. They did a great job in putting the bags in the boxes. I was very pleased. They were very friendly & courteous. I was very happy with the move that took place.

I think the driver was best at communicating with me about the estimated time of arrival which was six hrs away.

They were on time. They didn't rush us and did everything I asked them to do. They did it very happily and was a pleasant to be around. There was three different crews and they were all very good. We were happy with the move, it was a very nice experience and pleasant. The crew was early to deliver. I was undecided on some things.

The communication, and the packers and movers were extremely professional. Whoever contacted me was in constant communication.

It was a good price, it was very organized in addition, they did a good job. They didn't break my flat screen.

I thought they did a great job. The crew who unloaded the truck was excellent and the guys who loaded the truck were good.

I tried to get a lower rate but the rep said I couldn't get a discount. I would like to recv a discount in the future.

They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They were very professional. Although they arrived on time, it took them an hour to start b/c of the size of the original truck.

Allied did a great job & did everything I expected; very courteous, never complained, very trustworthy & got job the done.

The people and crew showed interest in checking to make sure where things go on the delivery and coordinating what goes where.

The prices were excellent. I have moved across the country in the last 10 yrs and Allied has been the best. Allied doesn't lose anything and they keep me updated.

The customer service form beginning to end. The driver, Jesse Willis, was very courteous. HE went above and beyond to make sure that everything went well. The customer service I received was good as well.

The driver most influenced my rating. The driver was professional and communicated with us. We always knew where our belongings were at all times.

The person that coordinated the move was extremely helpful and I would like to say thank you to her. The coordinator's name was Wendy Jezior and she did wonderful job for me.

There was so much concern and they mostly made me comfortable with every move. They were very flexible towards my schedule. The only thing I was uncomfortable w/ was the time for pick-up and delivery.

Overall, I was fairly satisfied. Allied was really responsive throughout the move and they got the job done.

I asked the driver to unpack the TV and he said he did not have time for that and it would only have taken them 2 minutes or 5 minutes at the most to do that.

The ease and confidence in the work the team did. Everybody was extremely nice. I moved into a 5th floor walk up . Although they were unprepared they did not complain. I had told the agents about the 5th floor. They said they would have brought more movers if they knew.

The professionalism sales person that came to my home she was very good with her follow up when I had questions.

They got the job done. I needed a fast turn around time and they were able to do it. I was very pleased.

Everybody was great! Wendy, my coordinator was very informative and professional and I must say so was everyone I worked with.

The driver and the crew was perfect gentlemen, professional, and punctual which is very important to me. Michael and his crew was excellent. They were courteous, professional, and organized. They were outstanding.

I had a lot of stuff, they were really quick,knwldg & worked really hard. They loaded from the 3rd floor and I was really impressed w/their work ethic. I haven't unpacked yet, so my level of satisfaction may change but right now, it was great. They were 30 minutes late, but due to Chicago traffic I wasn't upset.
